Prolonged exposure to stress increases your risk of everything from heart disease, obesity, and infection to anxiety, depression, and memory problems. Stress is one of the number one killers. We are constantly putting more and more of a demand on our bodies to do more without giving it the fuel that it needs. Eventually this stress causes a break down in our health. It would be nice if we could go sit on a mountain top, lay on a beach, take a year or a month off, and separate ourselves from society so that we can find peace. However, for the average person this is not possible. I can show you how to relax, relieve stress, and find peace in your normal everyday lives.
Benefits of Attending:
Attendees will learn easy steps that they can take to start living a stress free life. Techniques will be taught to bring an inner calm that will lead attendees to a path of peace.

Forgiveness and Finding Inner Peace
This workshop will be held twice in April at two different location. Feel free to choose your location

We tend to think of forgiveness as something that we do and give to others. Forgiveness is really something that we do for ourselves. We also think that forgivneness is about forgetting, letting go, and moving on. This is also a fallacy. We find inner peace when we have let go of past hurts, pains, events and sometimes people that are still causing us pain. We find inner peace when we create a sacred space for listening. This workshop will assist you in letting go and creating space within yourself and your life. It is presented over three classess.

This is a comprehensive 3 week workshop that will teach you how to release the pain, anger, fear and sorrow by learning how to forgive yourself and others. Each week you will be given exercises that will assist you in doing the work. Learn what you can do to start the journey of forgiveness and find inner peace.
