Shipping

All shipping is done through UPS. Any damaged products received are insured by and are the responsibility of UPS. UPS automatically insures all products. However, UPS must be contacted immediately upon receipt of shipment. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of purchase if ordered during normal business hours eastern standard time. If you make a purchase during the weekend it will be shipped on the next business day.

Return Policy

At Donah's Passions it is important to us that you enjoy all of your purchases. If you receive a shipment that you are simply not satisfied with, please notify us and return your purchase within 14 days of purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange or refund any unsatisfactory purchases. However, we will not refund, replace or exchange products that are half finished or partially used. We are unable to refund the freight charges.

Your privacy is important to us. Under no circumstances do we or will we sell, trade, loan or use the information you provide us with. We use this information only to communicate with about your order and to enhance your experience with our products, and let you know of any new product info.
